Worship Services ~ This morning Pastor Jake will lead us in worship. This evening at 6 pm our service will be led by
Pastor Ron Lugten at our church with our brothers and sisters from Hamilton Reformed. Next Sunday evening there will be a Hymn Sing led by Nate & Friends.

Noisy Offering ~ The Sunday School children thank you for your continued support of the Noisy Offering. Your pocket change for November and December is providing Christmas gifts for a family of five through Love INC. This family will receive their gifts at a Love INC Christmas Gathering at Dunningville Church in December. Thank you for your continued support of this offering.

Ladies Guild Bible Study will meet on Tuesday, November 20 at 10 am in the fellowship hall. We will discuss lesson 2 – God Keeps His Promises from our study book The Gift of Christmas.

Thanksgiving Service will be held on Thursday, November 22 at 9:30 am. Join for this service as we give thanks to God for how he has blessed us and been with us. A thank offering will be received. Envelopes for this offering are available in the pew racks and at the Welcome Table. A list of ministries to consider your thank gift to is available at the Welcome Table. All undesignated funds will be for the General Fund. The Deacons ask that you consider the General Fund with your offering gift.

Grace 360 Youth Group will not meet this Wednesday. We will meet on Wednesday, November 28 at 6:30 pm in the
youth room. We will have a lesson on Outreach from Romans 10:12-15.
Boy’s Cadets will meet on Wednesday, November 28 at 6:30 pm in the Cadet Building. We will have a Bible lesson and work on merit badges and crafts.

Congregational meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 12 at 6:30 pm. At this meeting the general budget for 2019 will be discussed and voted on. Prayerfully consider this budget of our church. All professing members, 18 years and older, are encouraged to attend this meeting. If you are unable absentee ballots are available from any elder.

Donations for the Love INC Food and Personal Needs Pantries can be placed on the tables in the fellowship hall through November 22. A list of items needed is available on the Welcome Table. Donations are very much appreciated to help stock the shelves of these pantries.

Missing from the church kitchen is the electric can opener and the 2-cup measuring cup. If you used these items from
the church kitchen please return them. Also if you borrow any items from the church please contact the church office before taking them from the church.

Church Kitchen ~ If you are not sure what something is used for in the kitchen, please do not throw it away. The test strips are used to test the PH level of the sanitize water, which is required by the Health Department, are missing. These strips are very expensive to replace. Please help us out with this policy.

Give Hunger the Boot ~ Hungry for Christ has partnered with Overisel Fire Department to help “give hunger the boot”. On Friday, November 23 from 9 am – 3 pm at the corner of 142nd and 48th Street in Overisel the fire department will be accepting monetary donations for Hungry for Christ. The goal is to draw awareness to the hunger that is in our community. The funds raised will help HFC continue to help families and children that are struggling with food insecurities. Donations can also be made directly to Hungry for Christ (PO Box 17 Hamilton, MI 49419). Help give “hunger the boot”.

Advent Carol Sing will be held on on Sunday, December 2 at 6 pm at Hamilton Reformed Church. Jack Ten Cate will be leading the evening of singing. Join us as we begin the season of anticipation of the birth of our Savior.

Love INC is in need of sponsors for the for the Christmas project of providing gifts for families in need. At present they have they have many more families needing sponsors than they have families / groups to sponsor them. Contact the Love INC office if you would like to sponsor a family with Christmas gifts and food.

Advent Devotional ~ “Holy Impatience” is the topic of an email devotional series put together by World Renew and the CRC Office of Social Justice.
