Prepare Our Hearts- May 3

This week in the morning service we will continue to see how Jesus calls us to live in the Kingdom of Heaven.  In Matthew chapter 6 (this week’s text) Jesus particularly addresses three righteous practices (giving, praying, and fasting) telling us how to do them as God desires.  The next section begins a substantial discussion about wealth, making the statement “You can’t serve both God and money.”  Jesus then proceeds to give multiple examples about why God is the better investment in the long-term.
