Morning Service ~ This morning the worship service will be led by Pastor Jake. After the service join for a time of fellowship – coffee and juice are available in the fellowship hall.

Evening Worship Service will be held tonight at our church. Rev. Tom Dekker of Hamilton Reformed will lead us in worship tonight. Next Sunday evening Big Band of Praise will lead us in song and testimony.

Small Group Bible Study will meet on Tuesday, August 8 at 7 pm at Joyce Schaap’s home. Our lesson is #8 – Praying Our Hate – Psalm 137

Love INC Back Pack Ministry ~ Help Love INC send children in need of Northwest Allegan County back to school with appropriate school supplies and a back pack. Your school donations may be placed in the “school box” until August 11. A list of items needed is available at the Welcome Table.

Evening Worship next Sunday, August 6 will be led by Big Band of Praise. This Christian band is dedicated to sharing God’s love through song and testimony. Invite a friend to join us for this service of praise.

Cookies are needed for fellowship time following morning worship. They can be home-made or store-bought, but please avoid peanut butter and nuts of any type. Cookies can be brought to the church kitchen before any morning service.

Pig Roast & Auction ~ Our church will be hosting a pig roast and auction on Friday, August 11 from 6:30 –8:30 pm to help raise funds for Amanda Wilson (daughter of Mark & Sandi Nyboer). Amanda was born and raised in Hamilton and has been recently diagnosed with MS. She and her husband Tommy have two small children. All proceeds will go towards any medical bills, hospital visits and other cost incurred because of her medical condition. Thank you for coming alongside this family in this difficult time.

Pray for Inspire 2017 ~ Inspire 2017 is a conference to connect people from across the 1,000+ churches in the Christian Reformed Church for three days of worship, workshops, speakers and conversation. As we plan and prepare for this event, happening August 3-5 in Detroit, Michigan, please join us in praying for the event and all who will attend. This week, please pray for speakers as they make final preparations for their sessions and workshops. Pray that their words and presentations will engage and inspire people involved in faith formation, helping people to find and follow faith in Christ.

Christian Reformed Conference Grounds (12253 Lakeshore Drive Grand Haven) ~ Wednesday, August 2 is Ladies Day at the Conference Grounds! Ladies of all ages are invited to join for this fun and inspiring day. Our speaker is Robyn Dykstra, author, speaker and Bible teacher who loves Jesus! Her message will inspire you to face the unwelcomed changes in your life by knowing and trusting the promises of God for yourself. Coffee and yummy deliciousness will be served from 9 am – 10 am, then you’ll be part of an exceptional worship time and hear Robyn’s testimony from 10-12. A special lunch, prepared just for you, will be available for $7 in the Sunshine Room after the program. All ladies of all ages are welcome to this special day.
