Ken Laninga was able to return to Royal Park to continue recovery following some health issues.
Deb Gries (Zena Walters’ mother) was diagnosed with a inoperable brain tumor. Remember the Walters family in prayer as Zena needs to help her mother and start chemo soon.
Dylan Fitts continues with tests. Remember him in prayer.

Morning Worship ~ Pastor Jake will lead us in worship as we continue our study in the Gospel of John.
Congregational meeting will be held this morning right after the morning service to cast lots for new officebearers and the vote on two proposals.

Proposal 1 ~ Approval of the of the Articles of Incorporation.
Proposal 2 ~ Building Project to update the fellowship hall and kitchen as presented by the Building Team.
Evening Worship will be led by Ms. Alexandra Lysdahl who is currently a student at Western Theological Seminary Dual Track program and will graudate this spring. She and her husband will then move to Peoria, Illionois as he has accepted a call at a church. Alexandra is hoping to pursue clinical pastoral education at the local hospital in Peoria. Alex attended Western Theological Seminary with Pastor Jake and enjoyed taking classes with him.
Ladies Guild Bible Study will meet on Tuesday, April 5 at 10 am in the Council Room. We will study lesson 2, Jesus, Second to No One.
Small Group Bible Study will meet on Tuesday, April 5 at 7 pm at Royal Park Atruim. Our lesson begins on page 42, Episode 3, Matthew 10.

Laan began, please join us on Sunday, April 10 after the morning service for a 20-minute video presentation.
Newsletter ~ The April Observer is available in your church mailbox. Updates from the Gil & Joyce Suh and Ruth Lemmen are included in this newsletter. Remember our missionaries through your prayers and with letters and cards.
Fellowship Nights for April will be held on April 13 and April 27. A meal will be served from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Youth Ministry and Cadets will meet at 6:30 pm.
The Community Kitchen at Hamilton Reformed serves meals to those in our community on the 2nd Thursday of each month. They are in need of additional volunteers: 1-2 people to prepare and cook the meal. A food safety certification can be obtained by attending a 1-day class and they need Food Servers. The schedule is flexible – volunteer every month or a few times a year. If you would be willing to serve those of our community and show God’s love, please contact Jessica Kleinheksel at 269.506.2871 or Patty DeBoer at 616.836.6017.
Community Event ~ Lifeway Christian Resources is slated to simulcast Bible teacher and best-selling author Priscilla Shirer live from Reading, Pennsylvania on Saturday, April 23 at Haven Reformed Church (4691 Oak Street, Hamilton). This event is a full day of music and worship by Anthony Evans, life-transforming sessions and prayer times led by Priscilla Shirer and opportunities for fellowship with other women. All women high school age and up are invited! The event will run from 8:15 am to 5 pm with a continental breakfast, lunch and door prizes. This is a free event but free-will donations are welcome. Sign-up is required and limited to the first 200 RSVP’s. You can register by calling Haven’s office at 269.751.7321 or emailing lori@havenchurch.com.
Online Bible Study with World Renew ~ Are you looking for an in-depth study about following Jesus more closely in your everyday life? Live Justly is a 6-week web-based curriculum that includes honest discussions about justice in our lives and our world. Study begins April 13 and concludes the week of May 18.
