Rev. Jimmy Lin, our missionary to the Back to God Ministries will retire on July 1. “I am thankful for the past connections we have with one another in serving the Lord together and would like to continue to keep in touch. Rev.’s Gil & Joyce Suh and family, our missionaries to Cambodia, have arrived in the states for home service. They are visiting family in California and Canada and will be with us in September. Remember them in prayer.
Pray for the people of Portland, Michigan a town the suffered a tornado this week. Pray for them as they try to get life back together.

Outdoor Evening Service will be held tonight at 6 pm in Pastor Jake & Kris’ backyard. Bring a lawn chair. Ice cream social will follow the service.
The July / August newsletter articles are due today and may be placed in the newsletter box in the narthex.
Small Group Bible Study wil meet on Tuesday, June 30 at 7 pm at Royal Park Atrium. We will discuss lesson 5 “Passing the Mantle.”

Love INC Prayer Sheets are available on the Welcome Table. Many needs to lift up to God daily.
Newsletter articles for the July / August are due today and may be placed in the newsletter box in the narthex.
July Community Evening Services will be hosted by Hamilton Reformed Church at 6 pm. The offering for the July services will be for Love INC Back-to-School Ministry. You can either bring school supplies or monetary gifts that will be used to purchase school supplies. The August evening services will be hosted by our church.
Collection ~ Remember to save your Spartan UPC labels for our church library. These labels may be placed in the container in the fellowship hall. Also your empty pop cans can be placed in the barrel in the narthex. The GATE ministry uses the deposit to fund their ministry.
Christian Reformed Conference Grounds will be hosting the Voices of Victory on Saturday, July 4 at 7 pm. The doors will open at 6:30 pm. No tickets are needed, however a free-will offering will be received. Come early and enjoy a delicious dinner served in the Sunshine Room. Everyone welcome.
Love INC ~ Life is hard, Life is challenging. Can you imagine having little to no support during tough times? That is what most participants in L.I.F.E Skills experience. Would you be willing to give one hour per week for walking alongside someone? Or two hours to help with the children once a month? Or provide the meal every eight weeks to families attending Life Skills? Training and support is offered. Please contact Jean at 269.751.2533, ext. 107 or loveincje@frontier.com.
70×7 Life Recovery, the ex-offender reintegration ministry that aims to connect their clients with a mentor, a local church and a job. Phil Knoll is the new director for Allegan. Together with Love INC churches, we want to partner with 70×7 in several ways: provide mentors for men and women in the program; provide volunteer service opportunities at our churches and hopefully be fellowship that will offer welcome and worship. If you would like to be a mentor or have any “in” with those in hiring positions at local businesses contact Phil at phil@havenchurch.com.
Right to Life of Holland Area will be having a Car Show on Wednesday, July 15 at the Engedi Church (710 Waverly – Holland). This is an event for the entire family and will feature horse & buggy rides for kids, face painting, games and prizes for kids. Cars will be voted by judges and spectators ballots. Fulfilling Life Ministries (5734 – 143nd Avenue Holland) will have their Annual 7th Summer Picnic on Saturday, July 18 starting at 3:30 pm. There will be food, kids games, The Critter Barn, fishing, hayrides, entertainment, music from Down Home and ID Crew. Everyone welcome.
