Upcoming Food Offering on Sunday Morning
Church family-
This is a reminder that we will be having a food offering to go along with our celebration of the Lord's Supper this Sunday morning. We will be looking at the story of Ruth, and a big part of that story is the responsibility of God's People to provide food for the hungry. To put our faith into action we will be collecting food pantry donations as we take communion and placing them at the Lord's Table. Thank you all!

Community Series Dates Changed! September 20- October 18
The Greater Hamilton Area church will be doing our annual Community Series September 20-October 18 this fall. We will all be looking at the book "The Ways of the Alongsider" by Bill Mowry and discovering how God calls us to follow Jesus through personal relationships. We will finish the series once again by worshiping our God together at Hamilton High School and celebrating the Lord's Supper together on October 18. Jeff Klein will once again be our guest speaker. More details to come!

Dear Church Leaders,
Our brothers and sisters need our help. In the past three weeks, two major earthquakes have struck Nepal, killing over 8,000 people and damaging or destroying hundreds of thousands of homes and other buildings. We in North America have seen images of the devastation and have been overwhelmed by the destruction of property and life. It’s hard to imagine how those who are living through this calamity must feel.

Paul's letter to the church in Colossae would have been carried by a messenger and then read to the entire church. Community Service at Hamilton High School
Come and join ten local church bodies as we worship our one Lord together. We will be meeting at Hamilton High School at 9:30, and Jeff Klein from QPlace will be our guest speaker. Over the past six weeks we have been exploring simple and practical Arts of Spiritual Conversation (QPlace curriculum) to help us intentionally share with our friends and neighbors the love of God and our promise of the Good News of Jesus.
