OUR CHURCH FAMILY
Thank you for your support of the Youth Supper and Auction this past Wednesday night. With your help, the youth were able to raise $2,600 towards their Mission Trip next June.
OUR CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today’s Worship Services will be led by Rev. Ron De Young. We would like to thank Rev. De Young for his ministerial services to our church during our time of vacancy. Next Sunday Jake Porter will lead us in worship.
Ladies Guild Bible Study will meet Tuesday, November 18 at 10 am in the Council Room. We will discuss lesson 5 – Paul in Ephesus. We will also be taking a Love offering at this meeting.
Love Offering will be taken at the morning service of November 23 for John & Heather Judge family to help with travel to medical appointments and medical expenses. Continue to lift the Judge family in prayer as John is receiving chemo.
Thanksgiving Day Service will be held on November 27 at 9:30 am. Rev. Keith Porter, Jake’s father, will lead us in worship. Thanksgiving offering envelopes are available at the Welcome Table and in the pew racks.
Pantries ~ Our church is collecting items for the Love INC food, personal needs and baby pantries. Donations may be placed on the tables in the fellowship hall until November 27. Check the November newsletter for a list of items needed.
Mission Moment this morning will be given by John Hoogeveen. The Hoogeveen family is from Hamilton and will be leaving for Puerto Rico for mission work.
Weekly Prayer Opportunities are held every Sunday morning,
9-9:15 am and Wednesday mornings, 7 – 8 am in the church sanctuary. Anyone is welcome to come and pray.

Small Group Bible Study will be meet on Tuesday, November 25 at 7 pm at Royal Park Atrium. We will discuss lesson 16 – Politics and Religion, Acts 21-23
Thanksgiving Service will be held on November 27 at 9:30 am. Thanksgiving offering envelopes are available in the pew racks and on the Welcome Table. A list of various ministries for you to consider with your Thanksgiving offering is available on the Welcome Table.
Fellowship Night ~ Our next Fellowship Night will be held on December 10. A Christmas dinner will be served from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Our program at 6:30 pm will be given by Tim Vander Zwaag. Tim will share his story of suffering a severe farming accident and how God brought Tim and wife Teresa through this. Mark this date on your calendar and join us for this evening.
Church Kitchen ~ Missing are five white aprons from the church kitchen. If you took them home to wash them, please return them as we use them for the fellowship night dinners.
Noisy Offering ~ The Sunday School children thank you for helping them to provide Christmas gifts for their Adopt-a-Family through Love INC. Through the change that you give in the “noisy offering” we have started to purchase needed items for our family.
Love INC Pantries ~ Your donations of food, baby and personal need items for the Love INC pantries can be placed on the table in the fellowship hall through November 27. A list of items needed is available on the Welcome Table.
Hamilton’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting ~ Hamilton Dentistry and the Hamilton Lions Club invite you to celebrate the Christmas season on Saturday, November 29 at 7 pm at the Hamilton Medical Center. Cookies and hot chocolate will be provided along with Christmas caroling to follow the tree lighting. All are welcome!
Lakeshore Little People ~ Teacher assistants and Preschool Teachers are needed for Christian Preschool and Childcare. Lakeshore Little People’s Place, a Christian non-profit, is currently hiring in Hamilton. Full and part-time positions are available for year-round employment (summer off possible). Must be 18 years- old and be able to meet childcare licensing requirements and background clearances for the teacher assistant position. For the Preschool Teacher a Bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education, child development (or a child related field) or Michigan Teaching Certificate with a ZA/ZS is preferred.
