Search Team Progress ~ The Search Team has been spending the last several weeks carefully and prayerfully looking at more than 25 profiles. We have narrowed those down to 5-6 profiles that we will be considering more carefully over the next few weeks. Our next steps will be to have some correspondence with them, phone or video conversations with them, listen to their sermons, and in general try and find out more about each of them and their desires in their ministry. We don’t know if the person God has chosen for us is in this group or not, and the team requests your prayers for discernment in this process.
