CRCNA Synod 2014 of the Christian Reformed Church will conclude on June 19 at Central College in Pella,  Iowa.  Pray for the delegates to serve in faith and obedience that will lead the Christian Reformed  Church into new and challenging areas of ministry.  May we together experience the unity of the spirit in     the bond of peace as we strive to know and to do the will of the Lord.  For new, photos and updates go   to www.crcna.org/synod. Christian Reformed Conference Grounds invites you to the Voices of Victory concert on Saturday, June 21        at 7 pm.  A chicken dinner is available from 5-6:30 pm.

Home Missions ~ Spend a weekend or a week or two in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  One Hope Community     Church, a Home Missions Church Plant, has purchased an old vending machine warehouse that needs to           be transformed into a worship and outreach space.  Volunteers (individuals, families and groups) are invited to come help out to demolish, construct and beautify, host, engage and love their neighbors.        More information is available at volunteer@crcna.org.

Garage Sale and Bake Sale will be held at the Oakland Community Center, 4348 – 38th Street, Hamilton on   Saturday, June 21 from 8 am – 2 pm.  Barns, garages and closets are all being cleaned to help raise the  roof on Oakland Christian Reformed Church youth building.

Community Blood Drive will be held at Hamilton Reformed Church on Thursday, June 19 from 12 noon –  5:45 pm.  Blood is especially needed this time of year, so please consider donating.  For more  information or to schedule an appointment (not required) go to redcrossblood.org (sponsor code:  Hamiltonreformed) or call 1.800-REDCROSS.  Thank you for taking time to donate.

Love INC ~ Can you help feed the children in the Hamilton Life Skills Program?  Time commitment could be  once a month, once a session or once a year, but we need help with this program.  Without volunteers             we will not be able to continue providing meals for the children on Thursday evenings. Children ministry teachers and helpers are needed at the Hamilton Life Skills Program.   You set the time commitment that works with your schedule.  Children looking for a safe place to stay while mom and  dad go to classes need you to spend time with them.  Many of the children would have to stay home alone without the program.  Many of the children attending are hearing about God and are going to His    house for the first time in their lives.  This is an opportunity to show these children and their parents God’s love in action.  If you can help with these needs please contact Jean Eding at 751.2533, ext. 107    loveincje@frontier.com. Church Prayers ~ Pray this week for our Sunday School children, youth and college youth as summer is here and another year of school / college is compete.  Pray for safety and that they may be refreshed in God  this summer.
